How to Prevent Squeaky Deck Studs
On Your C95X Treadmill

The running deck studs on the C95X family of treadmills may require lubrication to ensure that the deck studs operate quietly. If the deck studs are allowed to operate without sufficient lubrication, they may produce a squeaking or creaking noise. The deck studs require a silicon grease lubricant such as Super Lube Grease, part # LA024.1 (see page 6). When the running belt or running deck is being replaced, or the running deck is being reversed, the deck studs should be lubricated. If the running deck is not being replaced or reversed, the deck studs may be lubricated while the unit is fully assembled.
